While on a solo road-trip in Utah, I drove for miles down an empty dirt road until I found myself on top of a ridge overlooking an endless horizon. A storm suddenly emerged, so I opened the side door of my camper-van and started playing my guitar and recording. I sat there strumming, listening to the rain and looking out over a serene landscape. In the distance I could barley see the long dirt road I had just driven to get there. It felt like I had the whole world to myself and time stood still.
